Baram Oil Field is located about 34 km from Miri, Sarawak and has been operating since 1968, under Sarawak Shell Berhad. PETRONAS CARIGALI Sdn. Bhd. took over the operatorship of Baram in 1998. The field is currently under SK-407 PSC, expiring on 14th March 2045. It consists of two main complexes namely Baram A and Baram B.
